On behalf of the Organizing Committee I am pleased to welcome you to Naples to attend the Annual Meeting of the European Academy of Craniomandibular Disorders.
The aim of this meeting is to update on the latest knowledge on diagnosis and treatment of Orofacial Pain and Temprormandibular Disorders. The pre-congress course will focus on Complex Rehabilitation according to the evidence based dentistry. The EACD meeting will focus on diagnosis and management of movement disorders (dystonia, bruxism, parafunction and posture), psychosocial approach to chronic pain, and new therapeutic approaches for the management of Orofacial Pain and TMDs.
In September Naples is a fantastic city to be explored in its history and cultural heritage. The Congress venue, Castel dell’Ovo, is located in the hearth of Naples where the first Greek settled. If you have the opportunity to take a few extra days, you can also enjoy the wonderful surroundings. I wish you a scientifically interesting meeting and enjoyable days in Naples.
